Maintain heat in Dyna Glo Offset Charcoal Smoker.
Hello Y'all I am new to the hobby of smoking and I bought myself a Dyna Glo 1890 Smoker. I am trying to season my new smoker and the instruction say to keep the temp low around 175 or so.
