Hey all. Scott here from upstate NY. I've got a masterbuilt 7 in 1 smoker and have decided to try my hand at smoking some meats. I hint and fish a lot, so hopefully first up is some fresh venison I harvested 2 days ago. Probably going the propane route to start!
