Build HELP please
hello all I purchased a used reverse flow smoker on a trailer a few weeks ago. It seems to smoke okay, but IMO I need a lot of fuel to get it hot and stay hot. Plus I tried to get it really hot to burn some stuff out and never really could get over 250. I have been doing a lot of reading and...- tomnmisty
