Hi everyone! I've been grilling and smoking for 7 years. I use two Char griller pro deluxe grills. One of which has the smoker box attachment. My tools may not be top of the line, but time in technique is what matters to me. Looking to expand my knowledge. Also, I live in Wisconsin.
