I am new to the site. been smoking 3 years. I have an Oak tree that will have to be cut down, as it has Oak Gall. Will that wood be ok to use for smoking meat? Thanks! Jay- jay47711

Good Morning, I am new to this site, and have been smoking for about 3 years. Nothing big, just for family and friends. Here is my question.... I have an Oak tree that I will have to cut down because of Oak Gall. Is the wood from that tree ok to use in a smoker? Thanks in advance! Jay- jay47711
