Hello all new here. I was wondering i was haveing problems with my mes and my maverick reading the same temp. I did the boiling test and the maverick was right on. I set the smoker to 250 and the maverick was reading 210. I had a metal pan in there to catch dripings and once i removed the pan...- mike56
