First smoke with thick baby back pork ribs

I just bought a Bradley Original. I've read a bit about the 3-2-1 method. The ribs I picked up are much thicker than what I usually do in the oven/BBQ. They average about 3lbs per rack. Could someone advise me whether I stick to the 3-2-1 or if I need to alter the times because of the thickness?
