Just started on the forum, learned how to smoker from my grandfather, he recently passed away so trying to keep the tradition alive, and the process of smoking food has always been great for me.
Hello everyone I'm new to this forum but have been smoking meat for sometime now, but I just purchased this smoker and even on the lowest swing it still gets up we'll pay 350 degrees, any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
