New to smoking

MES smoker finally figured it out
Had my 30in. mes rear digital with glass door for about 3 months Started off with ribs to much smoke ( creosote). So I did 2 things Less smoke time and 2 hrs wrapped in saran wrap. Well it was moist but too smoky . So I bought the cold smoker made the extension kit. more ribs still creosote...- casey madden
