MES displaying incorrect temps when first turned on
I have a Masterbuilt electric smoker and when I first turn it on the temperature reads around 190 degrees. The temperature slowly falls while it heats up to temperature and I can't figure out how. I already replaced the high temperature limiter kit and the control board for another issue. Does...- delvaris
