horizontal or vertical?
my neighbor gave me an old 256 gallon oil furnace tank conversion to smoker last spring. it is my only expirience with smoking food and let me tell you I"m hooked.... this unit is nothing fancy and way too big for me and my wife to put on for small meals.... eventualy I'd like to tweak it so...- a6d9
