How hot should I be able run?
Hi this is my first post I've been lurking for a couple weeks. I just completed my first smoke on my Uds and I have a question about my intakes. I have a Weber lid on top and 3 3/4" intakes and one 1" intake. With all the intakes open I was able to maintain 325 but just barely. I feel like I...- the guy
