What type of cut is this?
Hey all, I just recently bought a cow ( it got killed last Thursday ) and I finally got it all vacuum sealed. The butcher paper said Beef Rib Roast but I don't think so.. To me, it looks like short ribs I circled the bone locations since some of it is hard to find.- jtupnsmoke
