Timer questions
Probably a stupid question.. But I have to run somewhere in 30 min and my timer on my masterbuilt electric smoker still has an hour left.. Will it cut itself off when the timer reaches 0:00?? Thanks- dexnova

What to put the meat on
I'm fixing to try a prime rib on the smoker.. Is it better or does it even matter to put the meat on a cooling tray in a foil pan or just put it straight on the racks in the smoker?- dexnova
