What's on the smoke tonight ?!
Just dropping in and seeing what everybody is smoking tonight (or this weekend). I've got a pork shoulder on the okie joe. I'm also using an pitmaster iq120 which is the bomb (Christmas present).- joshp

Question about temp control
I've got a okie joe longhorn which have a few mods, I've raised the grate in the fire box 3" and extended the exhaust inside the smoker and added a 90 bend and brought it down to grate level.
