starting a fire in the uds
I am using a 55 gal. drum as a smoker I put 3 air vents 3/4" hole 2 has a pipe nipple the other one has a nipple with a shut off valve and a few air vents on the lid.I used some charcoal and wood chunks got the fire going the temp was 250 then I put the lid on and the fire went out!
