Bummer
Went to season my new MES 30 digital this morning and the heater won/t start. Light on controller won't come on. By looking at the manual I'm pretty sure the controller is faulty. I called MasterBuilt but no tech support available on weekends. When do they think people are BQing anyway. Well...- golfindave

New to Smokin. Haven't done anything yet except for a lot of reading on the forum. I did buy a MES 30", Model # 20078715 which is digital, black with no window in the door and top vent.
