Tuesday's a good day for a BBQ!
Today seemed like a good day to fire up the pit seeing as it's Tuesday on a hot South Texas day. Asked my local HEB butcher for some uncut beef short rib, I was not expecting much, but she did not disappoint! Also had some bone in chops as well as some boneless chops or as they're known down...- z3r0
