Hello all I am new the the site. Been smoking 10+years and have outgrown my 3 vertical smokers. I am starting my first oil tank smoker project. New member needs help with first smoker build
Hey guys I want to thank everyone in advance for the help.... I have been smoking meet for 10+ years now started with a charcoal vertical smoker then added a propane vertical smoker. I smoke about 50 lbs of pork shoulder at a time every Labor Day but the vertical smokers do not hold much want...- welovepork
