First cook on New Lang 36
Chicken thighs. 2 different rubs same sauce. also some bacon wrapped chicken strips. half with a chili powder and brown sugar, other half some bbq rub. oh and my over cook London broil that my neighbor brought over. was tasty, but well over cooked. never done one before and hadn't planned on beef. -
