Orion and the Pork Butts
I am doing 6 Butts in an Orion on Saturday. The party I am making them for is on Sunday at 1PM. What is my best plan to keep them moist ? I wasn't planning on shredding them until Sunday. Should I refrigerate them ?- scott haney
