My first whole ribeye
I was thinking of doing a whole ribeye this year for July 4th.We're having a lot of people over and I've never tackled a steak quite this large(it's 20 lbs).I think I'm going to lightly season it overnight and smoke it with Hickory like I do most of my other steaks.My big question is do I cut...- limpylegs
