Good day! New member here and totally new to smokers. Never used one in my life before last week. Found a dented Grilla Silverback 2.0 at my local Amazon return store, decided to give it a try. Smoked a few chicken thighs, and they turned out pretty tender and juicy, but not as much smoke flavor...
