OK . The ones I have are an upgraded model . I like the USI brand , but I've never had the base model . I don't think you'll go wrong with those .
These are the ones I ordered wrong ...
This house was built with the USI brand in 2006 . Most of them outlasted the 10 year advertised life . The were hard wired 9V battery backup .
The new ones I have are hardwired , ingergrated battery with 10 year battery life . No chirps no replacing batteries .
By mistake I ordered battery...
Thanks . I was wondering about proffing through the holes .
Thanks Ray . Ryan has some quality olive oils . Added some parm and garlic , and got to dippin' .
Thanks .
I like it . Yeah , I almost went with the double .
Helps hold the shape .
Thank you .
Yup . I forgot to add that .
You...
and always respected ,,
I'm with you . We used ours almost daily , but bought a range that has the air fry setting and basket . So it gets the call alot these days . Still use the counter top one , and wouldn't be without one .
Been looking at these for awhile . Wasn't sure if I really wanted one . Some looked pretty cheap , but this one looked well built , so I grabbed the " 3 hole "
Non stick .
The flats keep it rigid . Reviews on others all said they warped
at high temps .
I used the " Classic Baguette " recipe...
It's a good one . He uses cure , and I always do too when making chicken sausage . Just as a precaution .
Are you using the skin ? I started out using all the skin , but now I use a percentage . You need to use some in my opinion .
Here's a thread I did when I made some . Maybe you saw it ...
I'm not an Electrician , but been around enough Jobsites that I know some of the specs .
Kitchen , Bathrooms and Dining rooms should have 20 amp circuit availible , depending on the age of your home .
I always look at the wattage when buying counter top appliances for the kitchen .
Most air fryers run on average around 1500 watts and up . My Ninja 6 + 1 is 1750 watts .
That means a 15 amp circuit with nothhing else on it .
Weak or faulty breakers can be an issue as well .
Just got to...
Still $5.19 here , but I'll look later in the week . No Kroger any more , but if a price drop across the board , might see it in some degree at other stores .
I did send them an email , and they got right back to me . Basically saying the kits are priced taking into account the base is included in all of them . Easier for them to do it that way .
It makes sense ,,, I guess .
I've seen the base price from $ 50 to $ 80 depending on where you get it ...
I just replaced the burner assembly in mine . 20 year old State natural gas .
Been drained twice over it's life , but the rod is original .
I noticed over the weekend , some rust forming at the connection . Not to bad , but at this point , I'll just replace it next time it fails .
No . Smoke for color , then poach . 30 minutes at 175 for hog size casings .
I have started mixing and let cure overnight . Stuff and freeze raw in serving size batches .
Then thaw and smoke / grill for eating . Comes out as good , or better in my opinion than a long hang in the smoker ...
I originaly had it on the bigger Bosch . Then I bought this Omni plate and it came with bushings .
So I put the Bosch set up on the plunge base like you did .
I bought this one because I thought I could buy the add on acc seperarate , turns out you can't . Seems strange to me that you have to...
Not being a jerk , but 1 TBL is 3 tsp .
Divide out the weight by batch size , weigh that amount and mix up a pound and do a fry test and see what you think .
Right . It's not based on your TBL . The physical measures are all different . Mine will be different than yours .
I always divide the package weight by the batch size advertised , and go with that . 9 grams per pound is a common amount I see on pre packaged seasonings .
I will use physical...
