    Hot Tub Leak

Offer it free on marketplace or craigslist with the condition that they have to move it and that they incur any and all costs in the process.

    It’s No Joke… Just A Reminder!!

I snipped your post some, but it's not cancer, so excellent news! Calls for a big celebration and, well, we have one coming up directly to give thanks for all the ways we have been blessed.

    Turkey Thaw Times

You can also speed the thawing process some using a sous vide cooker. Put the bird in a cooler or pot and run the circulator below 40 degrees to keep in the safe zone while thawing.

Looking for a new Sous vide cooker

I have had the same one (Think it's the ISV-200W) from the look of it for a few years now. The only issue I have had is that the plastic around the lug where the tube attaches got brittle and broke off. Rigged it up with a hose clamp and still using it. You can see where part of the lug broke...

Smoke Turkey in the pan or on the grates?

Whether cooking on an offset, vertical smoker, or pellet grill, I spatchcock and have a pan below to catch the drippings. I don't use the drippings for anything, but catching them keeps the cookers cleaner.

When you have to give your dog pills but they want to outsmart you

Never have tried forcing a cat to take a pill, but I'd be wrapping it up in a towel like a burrito before attempting it.

When you have to give your dog pills but they want to outsmart you

I just chuck the pill way back in their throat and hold their mouth shut till they swallow. Any and all attempts to hide the pill in any pill pocket, or other food just results in them taking the treat and spitting the pill on the floor.

    Butifarra Soledeña

I ended up here in Kentucky many years ago because my dad got transferred. He was employed by Westinghouse. They were bought out and closed the plant in New Jersey and moved him here. Anyhow, he did his first year commuting between NJ and KY before we all moved. At a restaurant while he was...

Rapidly rising PSA, normal? How rapid was rapid? When your PSA goes from 1.8 to 4.5 over a year's time, you better be consulting specialists. Why they jerked me in for a biopsy and found my cancer.

    It’s No Joke… Just A Reminder!!

It is never a bother to answer prayer requests! I'd add that all you men need to do yearly PSA tests starting at around age 50. Prostate cancer is both the most common and most curable cancer among men when caught early!

    Health Insurance Nightmares

Unless you are uber rich, or uber poor, you are just a ping pong ball in the healthcare game. Those in the middle pretty much get hosed.

    Health Insurance Nightmares

If you have private insurance that is equal to, or better than the part B coverage, you can keep it.

    Premier membership PSA

Yep, I did my yearly subscription through PayPal and had to cancel the recurrent yearly subscription in my PayPal account after going with the lifetime subscription.
