    Here is a drain of the soaking water. The legs on the lids keeps the jar above any drain water. Now to rinse and fill with filtered water.

    Getting some hard white ready for sprouting. I only need a small amount so soaking 4 cups. Shown are my jars and lids. I do sort the berries and remove any bad ones.     Sourdough made with fresh milled sprouted hard white wheat. Organic, non gmo, no preservatives or additives. I do my own sprouting and milling. No VWG used. My mixer is a Zacme 4.8qt 10 speed. I get a great window pane with speed 2 for 5 mins. Good healthy bread.

    Gotta try it. Sourdough gingerbread. Im using vanilla bean paste and pomegranate molasses. Both are non gmo organic. My active starter I made in 2018 and flour is Wheat Montana organic non gmo bread flour.
