Sourdough made with fresh milled sprouted hard white wheat. Organic, non gmo, no preservatives or additives. I do my own sprouting and milling.
No VWG used. My mixer is a Zacme 4.8qt 10 speed. I get a great window pane with speed 2 for 5 mins.

The SD Gingerbread is in front. Next time I will add 8g of ginger
(the 4g just not enough) Sliced big holes is the gingerbread, I let it bulk ferment a tad too long but oh well.

Im using vanilla bean paste and pomegranate molasses. Both are non gmo organic.
My active starter I made in 2018 and flour is Wheat Montana organic non gmo bread flour.
