    Nice Charles ! Good lookin' meal , but great technique on the cook . I always cook the tomato paste out like you did , then add the broth . Flour the beef and browning is classic . Really nice bud . Got some weather moving in this weekend . Gonna be some cold weather meals here .

    Try spring water , or leave some tap water on the counter overnight to off gas like suggested above . You need some minerals to feed the mix in my opinion . Mine got weak on me . Trying to get them going again myself .
