    Boneless ham ideas.

    Hard to beat scalloped potatoes and ham... especially since we don't have it often. Ham and potato soup would be good! We sometimes cubed up a chunk of ham and make a macaroni salad with cheddar cheese, and a mayonnaise, french dressing sauce. Bearcarver's double smoked ham is never bad...

    We really like the aujus warm up or finish method... my wife likes hers a little less red than me but not much. I always err on the not quite done enough side. If you're guests are close friends ask them what they prefer... I'd rather my guests be thrilled than us. Ryan
