@MileHighSmokerGirl on man I love the dinos! I have a great butcher in Wheat Ridge. Edwards Meats. I have to limit my visits, good stuff there for sure. Butcher prices are hard to choke down.
Your Dinos look amazing!
I missed this and welcome.
That looks really good. Never heard of making bacon from a loin, but I like the sound of that. I like bacon, but my cardiologist doesnt. This might be a better option over pork belly.
With all the health stuff going on, my son inlaw (the intelligent one not the "other one") recommended I try Function lab testing. Its a little spendy, but ins wouldnt pay for all the test they offer as a package anyway. I have enough health crap that I figured it couldnt hurt to see if...

Might try them if they still have some next time im down there. I fist thought they were dinos till I picked them up and saw the price and felt the weight.
I should have taken a pic. Sorry.
I was cruising through Costco and saw "Beef Ribs" not dinos, these were thin and way less expensive. Like around $25 a rack of maybe 8 (again should have looked longer). Are these beef spare ribs? If so, do these cook out to tender? They seemed a little...
Man I would call them. They stopped selling the cold weather blanket as it was "not needed" in their words. They will help you out.
Maybe check the min feed rate too and crank it up. I had to turn it down due to overheating at my old house as the smoker got too much sun and would always run...
