    Oxo mandolin sale

I have the Oxo Mandolin slicer, it's nice but dangerous! I won't let the wife near it so she bought a handy rotary slicer that she uses for chopping.

Thermometer for Weber Smokey Joe 14" ?

Just my experience the 14" Smokey Joe is not the right tool for low and slow cooking. The grate is too close to the coals and it's just not big enough. The 14" WSM or better yet, a 22" kettle would be better choices for smoking. Don't get me wrong, the Smokey Joe is a great little grill. I use...

Does anyone have any experience with this tabletop Pit Boss pellet grill/smoker?

Well, bad news folks. Amazon delivered my new Pit Boss Tabletop today and it was gunched! And here's the real kicker. I requested a return with replacement but Amazon was not able to replace, return with refund was the only option, or keep it and get $40 credit. Really? This thing is beat to...

    A Genuine Toad Strangler

Crazy night last night in KC. 8.5" of rain overnight. In the gage there is one inch in the center Inch Tube and 7.5 inches more in the annulas. The storms just kept redeveloping right over town. Lightning had the dog freaking. Weather forecast was for 1.0" overnight so I hurried to get my...

    Tri tip

I have never seen a tri-tip in the meat case, even at Costco. The only one I have ever done I had to ask for. It came from behind the counter and was expensive. I guess they figure if you ask for it you will pay for it. The wife does not like rare beef so I have that going against me also.

    Yeah, that looks great!
