    Game Day Shotgun Shells

    Been running at 230° for 2 hours now. Cranked up to 300° for the last half hour, then will sauce again and let it go another 10 minutes. Forgot to mention that I use 1 c. of my own bbq sauce instead of ketchup for the beans. Makes all the difference in the world, according to folks who've tried it.

    I still get a kick out of I Love Lucy when I run across it. M*A*S*H, not so much anymore. If it's funny, it's funny. Shows with laugh tracks seem to be begging for approval.

    I visited the distillery that makes Jefferson's last time I did the trail. It's an old ice cream warehouse, as I recall? That was a pretty good tour.

    Not sure if this has already been mentioned; I came across The Night Manager yesterday on Prime. John Le Carre story. I think it came out in 2016, but now they have a second season added. I'm a few episodes in, and it's high tension suspense so far.

    I injected mine with a 50/50 mix of apple cider and apple cider vinegar. Also added some rub in the liquid.
