    Hello, I joined the forum hoping to broaden my knowledge and increase my smoking skills. I own UDS (2 rack smoker),Weber 26" OTG, Companions 26" Grill, Maverick ET-732 &72, and a Super-fast Thermapen Thermometer. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
