It was a nickname from hunting buddies as I somehow had the knack of being there at the right time for the kill. I also spend ALOT of time in the woods scouting and hunting. I am not so Big but Big at Heart... LOL
Here are some pics of my first Smokin of Wild Boar. I took this Hog in Tennessee during the month of June and this is my first attempt of smoking Chops.

Thanks Fellas, I removed all the bones and put the fish up last night and had it again for lunch.
It was great.
I may try making a dip or spread with some of the leftovers.
