Please remember the staff on here all do this as volunteers. We all have other jobs, and I for one don't know what they all do for a living. Might be busy with work, family, kids? Traveling for Christmas maybe. How about treating them with respect!

Thanks Keith! Just think, Saturday when I smoked the hams it was 48 degrees. Sunday, on our way home from her mom's was 8... with strong winds, didn't look to see what windchill was... cold!

Wife had gotten two hams not long ago and decided it was time to double smoke them, ala Bearcarver (RIP) method. Not so much to eat right away but more so to break down into smaller pieces. Had to get out the bathroom scale to weigh them as none of my other scales could handle the weight... 18...
