    I just bought one of each....the 732 and the 73....hopefully both are good ones! The thing with bad reviews is that people are more likely to make a bad review than a good one.....hopefully that's the case here but I've read a lot of complaints from this forum too.

    It was a bird from Food Lion....minimally processed, 15% solution (I think) in a bag with the giblets inside.

    I think a few people have used the wok but have found out that the holes aren't big enough to allow the ash to fall through well enough.

    I was wondering something....if you have the stack hose down to the grate level, could you put a thermometer in the top of the stack for a close estimate of grate level temps? I made a small charcoal basket, some long bolts hold it up out of the ashes and put some fireplace rope around the lid...
