Going to pick up my used/new to me StainlessSteel drum this weekend!! YEAH!!!! Build her out and season her, while seasoning thinking about smoking some Sausages...and than ribs for sunday Philly and Dallas game.... Should be a perfect weekend.

And MAN!!! It was good... The meat just fell off the bone and juicy too!!!! perfect slow and low... I started it @ 12am New years day and it finished @ 12:30pm...

Normally i smoke mine @ 250 -275 for 4hrs or to where the meat is pulling back off the bone.. What i found.. its all trial and error, and testing, taking all the info from here and creating your own. to see what works for you and your family... You know when you get it it down pack... when...
pickng it up on Saturday... this one is $125... kinda hard on the price. But i really can't burn it in my neigborhood... i would have SWAT kicking in my door.. ;-)
