    ;-) yea keep it ice cold, I know 24" sucks. I had my wood delivered last night, got a load of cherry and oak. Already got my Cuervo and Yuengling chillin out in the garage, so once i'm in, I'm in to stay.

    To Foil or not to Foil

    If the want the fall off the bone effect.. Yes wrap it when it hit about 190 - 202* And let it sit for 2hrs wrapped in foil and a towel and dont forget the use a foilpan as ChefRod said. And remember we can eat our mistakes.. ;-)
