Wow...you certainly get good usage outta your drum Dave. I'm very interested in the rotisserie. You got any more pics? Where does one get a rotisserie? That sure would be nice to do a couple of yardbirds on....and the turkey looks great.

The BBQ Central podcasts are pretty good. There's new one with an interview with Gary Notley of Notley Que. He gives some inside info on the Pitmasters show.

I was going to buy a WSM a few years ago...but never got around to it. Then I saw how popular the drum was. I knew I could get a drum for free, and most of the other parts too. I figured the drum would be similar to the WSM if it had a water...
LOL Dude....I love it fried up with some over easy eggs, hash browns, and rye toast.....makes for a good breakfast the morning after a good night of drinking....not that I do that kind of thing anymore
The BBQFAQ is a great resource.....lots of great information to be found there. I used to read the AFB newsgroup when I first got started in smoking about 12 years ago.

69cam....I just gonna add a drip pan above the coal basket. I'll rig something up temporarily just to see how it works.
