Well yesterday when i made the beans ready for cooking i had a little taste.... of course they were lovely
But today i have been smoking them under 3 racks of ribs, they have been in the smoker now for 4.5hrs and ........ WOW
I was told on here that they are amazing but i didnt realize how...
Well went to the supermarket today, and saw some ribs on offer £1.50 each.
for that price i couldnt turn them down, so took them home rubbed em up with some sweet paprika and put them in the fridge for the night.
Then thought i would have ago at making some dutche's beans........... WOW they...

I have an old oil drum here that needs burning out, only problem is the man that gave it to me does not know what was in it
My question is does it matter what was in it aslong as i give it a good burn out and clean after

can anyone advise me on the best stuff to use to seal my wooden smoker
i was thinking of doing the outside in clear polyurathane but there are a few small gaps that need filling where the wood joins etc

how many hrs approx would you get out of a 7kg butane bottle for a smoke house
and roughly how much is a refil for that size bottle in the states

Well as some know i started to build a small wooden smoker today
it is taken longer than usual as i had an operation awhile ago and need to keep sitting down
but here it is so far

2 days ago ihad my first attempt at smoking, i done spare ribs and a 7.5lb pork shoulder, you guys call it butt
the ribs i done the 3-2-1 method used some bud bbq sauce, they were FANTASTIC...
