Hi Eveyone I Can Use Some Well Wishes And Prayers If You Like

Ron, I don't know anything about your procedure, but I do know about prayer; it works and you are in ours! in the past 8 yrs or so I have been in the hospital 3 times with as little as a 50/50 chance of pulling through and I know that prayer makes a difference.

    Plant Peppers in Pots?

you can absolutely grow peppers in pots...the thing I discovered is that if you aren't religious about keeping them watered they will burn up...plants in the ground do better because the ground temp does not fluctuate as much as soil in a pot (that is probably sitting in the hot sun!). What we...

    Baby Back Experiment

Excellent documentation. to me, the 2-3-1's looked like they were the "doneness" I like. would you say the 2-2-1's were "competition" style in that they werent falling off the bone, or should they go longer even for comp. Personally I prefer a little more "falling off the bone" than what judges...

    UDS with stick wood??

I had several partly burned pieces of hickory that started out as 14-16" split logs left over from a cook in the pitmaster. I loaded 3 of them right on top of my charcoal load for the UDS...they were gone after the cook!!! It seemed to work good. The other thing I did was to cut up several 2"...

    First UDS cook with qview

I took this off at 180... I was going for "just past slice-able"; my wife likes it that way (and she rarely eats meat, so what could I do?!). at 180 the main muscles pulled apart easily and were perfect for slicing into little chunks. Generally I take it off at 180, give it a misting of apple...
