    Why do my burgers suck?

    I agree that a medium rare burger is best. Unless it's a smash Burger. I don't know about that whole fish sauce thing. But I'll mix in some Worcestershire sauce and always salt and pepper both sides on a pub style. A smash Burger only needs light seasoning on one side.
