Ultimate smash burger tool for griddle ! ! !

As far as making them it would come down to what I can get food grade stainless steel for. I could custom make them to everyone's desires. That's of no more time for me. But with Trump's tariffs the cost of food grade stainless might be sky high right now. Idk. But it would basically be the cost...

Ultimate smash burger tool for griddle ! ! !

I am a welder, I could make that, I don't think I would need 100 bucks for it either, how many people would be interested in one of those?

My SECOND Boston Butt (bone in) making pulled pork.

Well it's 1:35 in the morning, I just got done with my first butt. I didn't know I had the ability to cook like this. Due to time restraints I had to smoke it tonight for lunch tomorrow. I got home and got it on the smoker around 5pm. I knew I would be up late but I was unsure just how long it...

Anyone know how to change the time at the bottom of the graph? It's in 24 hour time, which I find annoying.

Ink bird 6 probe review live

I did a quick review in the original post about it. I am pretty happy for 25 bucks. I can sit at my table and use the Bluetooth so that's all I really needed. Ol' binford is about 35 yards from my backdoor.

Went down the SMF rabbit hole.

Funny, I'm not a rib fan either. Had all sorts of rib meat over the years, homemade, famous chain, (famous Dave's, dickey's, etc,) small local bbq joins, southen Texas stuff, Kansas City stuff. And at the end of the day it's just kinda overrated. Now pulled pork... Yep I agree, I could eat it...

Just A Heads Up, Not Sure How Long This Will Last!

Has a temp graph which could help with the dreaded stall?? A quick test of the first probe. Got to 98 very quickly. And started to go down quickly as well. Seems to work correctly

Just A Heads Up, Not Sure How Long This Will Last!

Mine showed up today, upon initial inspection I'm impressed with the overall quality. good long probes, stainless steel braid covering the wires, nice little stand for the meter, and two clips for smoke temp. overall so far its exceeding my low expectations of a 25$ amazon impulse buy. Beer...

Went down the SMF rabbit hole.

Meh I don't care. Anyways it will be awhile before I get to it anyways so I tossed them in some food saver bags, sealed them up and tossed them in the deep freeze. I'll save them for a few weeks from now. I'm pretty excited as the ribs are still in there. I told the wife there no way it will be...

Went down the SMF rabbit hole.

I feel like I turned a real corner here. For the good? For the bad? I don't know but for the first time I bought something that i didn't need just because it was a good deal and I thought I could find a way to use it. Today at the local grocery they had a WHOLE pork loin on sale for 20 bucks...

I think I'm going to pass on the injection this time, and go ahead and use a finishing sauce.i am going to run my smoker hotter then I have been due to time. I am going to run around 270, put in foil pan around 140-160. Or whatever. Apple juice. Then when the bone pulls out I'll take it off...

Why do some people drain the fat off before they dump the juices back in? I mean if I am cooking for favor I'm dumping that fat back in. I put bacon grease in my deviled eggs as a Secret ingredient. No one knows why my devil eggs are so so good..

Hahaha, I haven't gotten that down as much as I would like. It's heavier and whiter, but so far my stuff has been good.
