Ribeye Loin on the 4th
Well, it wasn't exactly smoked but it was done on the smoker and had a nice smokey flavor so maybe it will qualify. Started with a 14lb slab and ended up with several nice steaks. Soaked/cooked in a homemade concoction of so many ingredients I can't remember them all....some Worst. Sauce, Rum... -

First fattie ever. It looks bad but tasted sooo good and was a big hit at the cookout! Nobody at the gathering had ever seen this forum or had a clue what a fattie was supposed to look/taste like....Great for me! Used JD hot sausage, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozz. cheese. Didn't cook it on... -
