Check to see if you have a homebrewing supplies place within a decent driving distance, they can help you get all the basic brewing equipment you need, do a little explaining for you and if you like it and stick with it, you'll change out some equipment as you go along.
I've been brewing for...
It was about an hour into our smoke when we decided to add this, and we only left it on for an hour or so - it was a small stick of bologna - no rub, just naked.
It ended up with a nice color and a mellow smoke taste... gonna be good on crackers w/some stone ground mustard.
I did a search on this, but didn't really what I was looking for. Feel free to point out what I may have missed!
We've got a smoke going on now, a couple of fatties for the weekend medieval event... and as an afterthought, we've tossed on a small stick of bologna... since it's fully cooked...

We've found another reason to love a fatty... they're low prep and you can do them as you please!
We're sorting out what to take home to my mom's for the extended weekend... I said 'I wanna do a couple of fatties' - and so we picked up 2 Tennessee Pride chubs at the sto' (on sale at Kroger 2...
