    Thanks for the compliments all.  Can't wait for my next cook, hopefully a couple this weekend.  Sauced, I am cooking on a pellet grill so I was using the Ultimate Blend pellets that Rec Tec sent with the cooker.

    I am concerned the gremlins in my house might log on Amazon tonight while we are all sleeping, use the old CC and order a meat slicer or vacuum sealer.  But as Lantzy has indicated, nothing we can really do about stuff if it just shows up, might as well just use it and enjoy......
