    If the heater element/controls work, suggest just adding external smoke generator. Add ventilation and test cabinet air flow. Appears that box might have humidifier options also. Just my 2 cents!

    Rural area, have used Hughes for over 10 years. Only option. Recently added Starlink, better option, costs more. Just not sure of longevity of Starlink. Cell company was touting 5g but could not provide sufficient information if modem would work through concrete or metal walls.

    One suggestion would be to temperature profile the smoker then decide the location of the probe. Take readings left, center and right at different elevations. Determine what the temperature swing is of the smoker. This will help during a cook. Have two electric smokers and probes are placed...
