That looks great Al! But I'm confused and just want to confirm. You say if I smoke them at 225 I'm looking at about 3 hours. But if I wanted a faster cook smoke at 270/280 for closer to 2 hours?
Is that not too high? I'd hate to dry them out and be no good!

A few pictures of this little smoker. It's almost a like a counter top toaster oven. It says it's good for indoor use, if well vented, but I will be using it outside. Better safe than sorry!

Yes they were!
Had them on for another 45 minutes once out of the foil.
Very happy with how they turned out and wasn't actually that much work, just quite long.
Even had a nice little smoke ring.
