    I've just been clicking on "Home" way at the top when I get a little buried. I've also noticed a little blue swirly arrow pops in at the top of the list if new posts have been added, but I haven't refreshed the page in a while.

    Do you use the Minion Method of burning charcoal?

    I learned the Minion method here, as well, when I first started coming to this site. Maybe, just maybe, if I had known of it when I bought my first smoker, it wouldn't have ended up sitting in the shed for more than 10 years... I use it all the time.

    Stupid question about ribs

    I asked this same question of a butcher. His reply was that "pork back ribs" are what is commonly referred to (around here, anyway) as "baby" back ribs. There are other rib cuts, but, if you lived here, the answer would be yes.
