    Royal Oak tiny lumps.

That's the way it has been when i have bought royal oak. I haven't tried any other lump brands so i don't know if it's common throughout.

Finally got the exhaust pipe on :) PICS

Looks good. I smoke my jerky until it's the texture i want. For me when i bend the jerky and it shows splitting fibers is where i like it. That can take 6-8 hours when i smoke at 160-180. It depends on how thick the slices are and humidity outside seems to make a little difference on time too.

    Pellets igniting...

I was thinking either too much air flow or those oils are dripping onto the end of the amnps causing it to ignite when it gets to the end.

    Chuck Box

Looks good so far. Never thought of making a chuck box. Starting to go camping without our trailer more. This would make packing much better. Thanks for sharing.

I've had the brisket sandwich and like it. The arby's up the street from me has been pretty good, but the one near our mall hasn't been that great.

    Boston butt on traeger

What SmokesOnTuesday said. Don't wrap and for me the magic number is 205 it. Pulls apart very well at that.
