    how was it taking it up that high? I normally pull butts at 203 but this one i was curious about doing it early. It pulled apart but wasn't falling apart. Thank you. I'll definitely be doing another one. It was really tasty. Thank you. I got them at home depot in store for about $10.

    Those look good. I haven't had ribs cook that quick for me on my other smokers but they are supposed to on the smoker I have now. It runs 275-310.

    Thanks Chris. Thank you for the point. They say hanging it promotes more even cooking. I'd have to agree with that, i haven't had one piece of meat more cooked than another or any part of the meat that was burnt.

    The tube should give you enough smoke in the mes. I wouldn't add chips if using the tube in it. That helps make it so you don't have to monitor every 15-30 min and makes it set and forget.

    Ezekiel bread might be an option my mom has diabetes and was using that bread for sandwiches. They make buns too. It is a kind of bread that you may or may not like. I thought it was good but two other family members didn't.
